Meet Our Staff

Pastor Vicky Martinez serves Grace United Methodist Church in Cheyenne and Pine Bluffs United Methodist Church in Pine Bluffs. She leads worship at 9:00 AM each Sunday in Pine Bluffs and at 11:00 AM at Grace in Cheyenne.

 

Pastor Vicky was raised in Denver and Grand Junction, Colorado. She married Jim in 1977. They have two grown adopted children and five grandchildren of whom they are very proud. Pastor Vicky and Jim have lived in Rangely, Fruita, and Rifle, Colorado. Jim always worked in the oil field and Pastor Vicky in secular business.

Pastor Vicky began her ministerial journey quite early in life saying that she has essentially been a minster her whole life with people turning to her frequently for spiritual care and counseling. Officially, she has been a pastor since 2017 having graduated from Iliff School of Theology with her Pastoral and Spiritual Care master’s degree. She then went on to become a Licensed Local Pastor. She loves what she does, loves being able to minister to people who are on their own faith journey, and being able to work with people one-on-one in their time of need. Please reach out to her with any spiritual needs you may have. Peace and blessings!
